Compacted Central Florida soil chokes off roots. We pull thousands of small soil plugs so air, water, and nutrients can finally reach where they're needed.

Over time, foot traffic, mowing, and Florida's sandy-clay soils get packed down. That compaction blocks roots from getting air, water, and nutrients. Core aeration removes small plugs of soil across your lawn, opening up channels so the root zone can take in what it needs.

Still have a question? (352) 352-4424Aeration relieves compaction and improves soil access—an important step in soil health. It's not a guaranteed fix on its own; results still depend on watering, mowing, sunlight, and grass type.
Aeration can be done year-round in Central Florida—it isn't limited to spring or fall like many people think. We recommend aerating about every 6 months to keep compacted, sandy soil open. We're happy to advise on timing for your grass type when you book.
We use a core (plug) aerator, which pulls actual soil plugs. This relieves compaction far better than spike aeration.
Yes—aeration pairs especially well with top dressing. You can add services in the quote tool and see combined pricing.
We think so. With watering limited, getting the most from the water you're allowed to apply matters more. Aeration opens compacted soil so water soaks down to the roots instead of running off. We can't control the weather or your irrigation, so we don't promise a specific result—but it gives your soil a better chance to use the water it gets.
