Portillo's Lawn Solutions provides lawn aeration, dethatching, and top dressing for homeowners in The Villages, FL community. Our published services are limited to these three; we do not provide mowing, trimming, planting, landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation repair, or general lawn maintenance.
Prices shown on our website are starting prices and depend on your property type and lawn size. Quotes generated by our online tool are estimates based on the information you provide; your final price is confirmed before work begins. Pricing may change over time. Promotional or "starting at" figures are not guarantees of a specific final price.
We aim to get booked services on the schedule within 5–7 business days, and often sooner. Weather, site conditions, and availability can affect timing, and we'll keep you informed of any changes.
We guarantee that the service you book is completed professionally and on schedule at the agreed price. We do not guarantee a particular lawn appearance or outcome. How your lawn looks over time depends on factors outside our control—including watering, irrigation, water restrictions, mowing, sunlight, soil, pests, and grass type. Our services support a healthy lawn but do not guarantee one.
To help us complete the work safely and correctly, please mark or point out irrigation heads, shallow lines, invisible fences, and other obstacles before service, provide reasonable access to the property, and secure pets during the visit.
Payment is due as described at the time of booking or completion. We accept cash, check, and online credit/debit and mobile payments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our route. We may reschedule service due to weather or conditions that prevent safe or effective work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portillo's Lawn Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
